"Talking Fiction, Talking Fact" series at the Brooklyn Heights Historical Society with writer Colm Toibin about his novel Brooklyn, whose protagonist travels from Ireland to Brooklyn in the fifties. *I just finished this book: wonderfully written and gave a great picture of Brooklyn and Ireland in the 1950s.
